Cut Edge Gluing and Measuring Machine

Gluing of endless gauze bandages (latex) up to
200 mm wide with aurtomatic position registration.

Funcional Description:
The endless bandage is drwan into the machine, latex is filled into the container of spreader rolls
and the heating plates are heated. The Distance length of the bandage (gauze bandage) to be
processed has to be entered. The machine can now be started. The machine pulls the bandage
out according to the meters entered, the spreader rolls start running and apply the latex onto the
place indicated. Now the bandage is introduced into the heating plates together with the latex
applied, where it is dried for about 5-8 sec., then the whole process is repeated.
